Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from 100 Beers. Pours honey-gold with a small, creamy white head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of doughy pale malts, subtle white grape, a little yeast, low bitterness. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Semi-sweet finish, notes of more doughy pale bread, a little vanilla, rounded white grape. Pretty easygoing and smooth.
