Tap at craft beer junction. Second attempt. A pale yellow straw coloured pour with a a lasting white foam. Aroma is nice delicate dry grains, straw, cereal, light fennel, grass, clove, saison yeast. Flavour is composed of light earthy grains, straw, hay, hedgerow, delicate floral, chamomile,. Palate is semi crisp, airy carbonation, super crushable. Perfect summer time beverage.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours very pale yellow with a fluffy, white topping. Light sweet flavour with breezy tartness, lemony twang, green pepper aspect from the elderflower, a little white pepper. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean and lightly tart to finish. Nice, highly drinkable.
