Bottled (backlog). Golden colour with a slight orangeish touch to it, mediumsized fluffy white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is mild citrus, caramel, hay and some grainy notes to it. Flavour is grains, toffee, mild herbs and some wooden notes. Thin palate.

Sample from 50 cl. bottle, B.B. 2008. Golden with an amber hue, small white head. Dark sediments in the fluid. Sweet aroma with a slightly sourish note, tart apples. Maybe due to age. No fruitiness left. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium body, thinner texture. Finishes sweet with a sourish note. Definitely not for ageing. No wonder considering the style and abv.

Bottle at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Cloudy blond color. Watery beer, with some cereals touch and some residual sweetness, but at least with a subtle hop aroma.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head gone within two minutes. Aroma is citrus to lime. Flavour is slight wheaty and with a strong citric note. Ends citric and slight mellow wheaty. Quite carbonated mouthfeel.
