Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: chill haze yellow cloudiness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hops with some lemony tones, slight straw to freshly cut grassy hoppy middle; some bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes crisp with a hint of dryness
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable, good smoothness and nothing distracting, good carb level
Overall: a very nicely done crisp semi-hoppy lager I would return to.

Can at home in Canaan. Picked up from the brewery. Pours faintly hazed pale yellow with a fluffy, white topping. Light to medium sweet flavour with doughy, bready pale biscuits, nips of citrus, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pleasant finish, but more pale bread, relaxed bitterness. Very drinkable stuff.
