Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours mostly clear, honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of apple crumble, low acidity, a little lemony tang, a hint of vanilla and sponge cake, vague pear perhaps. Light to medium bodied, a touch oily, with fine to average carbonation. Sweet and tangy to finish, pleasant coffee cake vibes. Very tasty, great example of pastry sour.
