Husbryggeriet Jacobsens bud på en rigtig nordisk forårsøl.
Den forholdsvis høje alkoholprocent, den distinkte slovenske Styrian Golding humle, og ikke mindst den beroligende duft af jasmin fra Skovmærke ekstrakt giver øllet en frugtig aroma. Aromaen er distinkt humlet med hint af grapefrugt, fyrrenåle, karamel og jasmin. Øllet er middel fyldigt med en lang blød bitterhed.
English: Brewhouse Jacobsen’s bid for a truly Nordic forårsøl. The relatively high alcohol content, the distinctive Slovenian Styrian Golding hops, and not least the soothing scent of jasmine from Woodruff extract gives the beer a fruity aroma. The aroma is distinctive hoppy with hints of grapefruit, pine, caramel and jasmine. The beer is bulky agent with a long soft bitterness.

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are caramel, pine and spices. Bittersweet finish.

Draught at the brewery.Amber colour with small head.Aroma of wet wood and earth feels spicey and tasty beer with after taste.

(Bottle 75 cl9 Courtesy of Myrup. Bottle # 03396. Clear, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Spicy, sweet perfumy nose. Medium body with sweetish perfumy soap accents. Has a light bitterness in the finish. I so much would like to appreciate the experimental brews from Jacobsen, but most of them only seem to disappoint terribly. 040408

Clear dark amber with tiny off white head. Sweet sweet fruity aroma with notes of woodruff and caramel. Sweet flavor with woodruff and coconutt notes. Ends sweet.

75 cL bottle, #03396. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Spiced aroma of woodruff. Flavour is sweet followed by a spiced woodruffnote. Shows a light peppery and liqourice like note. Too perfumed flavour too be pleasant.
