Husbryggeriet Jacobsens bud på en rigtig nordisk forårsøl.
Den forholdsvis høje alkoholprocent, den distinkte slovenske Styrian Golding humle, og ikke mindst den beroligende duft af jasmin fra Skovmærke ekstrakt giver øllet en frugtig aroma. Aromaen er distinkt humlet med hint af grapefrugt, fyrrenåle, karamel og jasmin. Øllet er middel fyldigt med en lang blød bitterhed.
English: Brewhouse Jacobsen’s bid for a truly Nordic forårsøl. The relatively high alcohol content, the distinctive Slovenian Styrian Golding hops, and not least the soothing scent of jasmine from Woodruff extract gives the beer a fruity aroma. The aroma is distinctive hoppy with hints of grapefruit, pine, caramel and jasmine. The beer is bulky agent with a long soft bitterness.

Bottled at RBESG. Clear amber colour, rich head. Soapy perfumy nose. Medium bodied. A bit too sweet, but the herbal fruity flavour with a touch of paraffin is quite interesting, and makes one of the more worthwile efforts from Carlsberg. Low bitterness.

Bottled at RBESG 08 ... Orange copper ... yeasty nose ... hoppy and bready ... fruity very tasty ... quite a lot of coconut both in nose and flavour.

Bottle 66cl.Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy perfume - jasmine. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Bottle at Århus Ølfestival. A clear, almost golden pour with a small off-white to beige head releases aromas of jasmine, caramel, sweetness and some hops. Shampoo, jasmine, some alcohol, caramel sweetness and bitterness in the flavor. Medium to full body. Lasting flowery finish. Strange but nice. In a way. Too flowery probably. (080516)

250ml on "the limited edition" tap at the brewhouse (CVC), Copenhagen. Served far too cold. Nice deep clear, amber-brown body under a few patches on the surface. Spicy aroma with dried fruits. Sweet late fruits and vegetables in flavour. Noitceable alcohol. Well bodied (29.05.2008).

Draught @ Carlsber visitor center, Copenhagen. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Malty fresh spicy herbal aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty spicy bitter herbal flavor with hints of pine needles. Sweet malty finish with some spicy hints.

Bottle at ÅBF08. Good sweet aroma, some caramel. Clear brown colour. Small head. The flavour is nice and sweet with some spice. Tastes like cookie spice, cardamum or whatever. Thin mouthfeel. The bitterness in the finish is slightly rough, and there is spice in the aftertaste too.
