Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel, hops and citrus. Malty and caramellish flavour, enriched by hoppy and spicy notes. A little watery and a trifle too sweet but ok.

75 cl. bottle at Easter dinner. Clear, amber-golden colour with a small, off-white head. Spicy aroma with citrus fruits, caramel and chocolate malts, pines some hard identifiable spices. A bit messy, not unpleasent. Light sweet taste. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, Finishes lightly bitter with spices and malts. Worked fine with the lamb, but the spices makes this beer a bit messy.

Shared 750 ml bottle, from a Danish grocery store. Chestnut colour, moderate off-white head. Unusual and interesting spicy, herbal and floral (Galium odoratum) aroma and flavour. "Christmas spices" come through distinctly in the flavour, despite this beeing a spring seasonal. A nice surprise - props to Jacobsen / Carlsberg for brewing something out of the ordinary.

Vibrant bronze colour. No head. Chewy caramel nose with vague spicy hop and plasticy phenols. Funny sugar cookie and shredded coconut and macadamia thing going on. Weird. Not awful, just weird.
