Our latest release is a bold, brash West Coast IPA. Swinging in at 6% abv this belts out hoppiness from Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe. Up front is a big grapefruit-style bitterness, bringing behind it citrus, pine, and resin with a lingering bitterness on the back end. All this is combined with a balanced malty profile.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white head. Light sweet flavour with dry, piney hops, crispy pale malts, orange peel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and bitter finish, more pine, sun-baked pale malts. Nicely clean and dry.
