500ml mug at the source. Pours cloudy yellow. Lightly sweet, with very mild citric tang, a nip of lactic funk, lemon peel, maybe something like floral notes. Light bodied. Fairly clean finish, mellow lactic twang, impressions of citric bite. Nice.
