Keg at the brewpub - Jackson. Pours lightly hazed yellow with a creamy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour, clean and pithy, notes of grapefruit, lemon, lean pale bread, light bitter straw and pine needles, rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, more bright, fresh and pithy citrus character. Sound.
