Keg at the brewery - Jackson. On nitro apparently. Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, fading tan cream head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of creamy chocolate, soft roast, a nip of dry ash, burnt marshmallow, raisins. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, notes of burnt sugar, roast, soft dark fruit accents. Tasty and quite drinkable overall.

On nitro draft at the brewpub. Pours an opaque dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aromas are collate and biscuits. Flavors are sweet cocoa with scant hop bitterness.
