Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Beer Store. Sadly it’s a bit infected. Not a gusher but a strong billower. Lightly sweet with some grass, straw, tangy damp hay, a slight lemon peel note, feet slight funk. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Somewhat dry in the finish, more slight citric notes, hay, dried pale malts. Lingering grassy bitterness. Kind of interesting but definitely not as intended.
