Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 5 - Hackney. Pours clear deep gold with a frothy, light khaki head. Light sweet flavour with notes of toasted grains, a hint of dried caramel, toasted grass and leaves, orange peel, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced finish. Solid.
