Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 5 - Hackney. Pours clear copper-gold with a bubbly, off-white head. Nice subtle toasted grain character, orange, a little earthy leaf bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; nicely conditioned. Balanced finish, malty, a little leaf, citrus. Delicious.
