Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 5 - Hackney. Pours clear orange-gold with a bubbly white head. Light sweet flavour with lovely citrusy hops, orange, subtle pine, grass and leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with citrus fruit and sun-kissed pale mats. Highly drinkable.
