Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 3 - Hackney. Pours murky yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of chalky hops, lemon peel, dried pale grains. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more chalky hop vibes, lemon peel, pale bread. Very so so.
