Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with notes of pale bread, a little metal, dough, leaves, sun-kissed hay, biscuits. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more crispy pale malts, bread, straw, grass. Not bad, all things considered.
