Hazy yellow colour with large white fluffy head.Taste is fresh a bit like Lime and wheat,you can also taste the buckwheat in this beer.Well done beer.

500ml bottle from Høgeren, Copenhagen. Hazy orange body under a thin filmy layer. Fresh wheaty aroma. Taste: Wheaty tartness with joining notes of clove and coriander. The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly oily (03.08.2007).

Hazy pale yellow with a white head, wit-like so far. Some wheat, some butterscotch in the aroma. Sweet and somewhat fruity flavour. Soft velvet on the mouth.

Draught, 3.5% at KØ07. Hazy, milky yellow colour. Slightly spicy aroma. The flavour is quite thin, some wheat notes, seems spiced with coriander. Refreshing.

Draught at købehavnske øldage 07. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, wheat, grain. Flavour is sweet, sour, citrus, wheat, grain, hop. Ok beer.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy, golden beer with an off-white minimal head. Citrusy start for the aroma, then wheat and some grain shines through. The flavow has wheat, citrus, hops, a tad note of orange, and a little sour note, leading to a hoppy and citrusy finish. Smooth mouthfeel. A pleasant and quaffable beer. (070511)

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat/buckwheat with a coriander twist. Slight citric. Mouthfeel is soft and creamy. Flavour is wheaty with a coriander note. Finish is soft coriander. No real bitterness.

(On tap) Hazy golden with a creamy, white head. Very perfumy coriander nose. Light-bodied and a little watery, very soft mouthfeel, fresh citrus notes and a dry finish completely lacking bitterness. Very refreshing. 130507

Draught at copenhagen beerfestival. Creamy white fiar mostly deminishng head. Yellow colour. nice fruity and strange bready aroma (from the buckwheat). Light hoppy and a little acetic flavor, the buckwheat really dominates. Oily palate. nice summerbeer.

Draft at Copenhagen beerfestival - 3.5% version. Medium head with medium duration. Color is hazy golden. Mild aroma and taste. Quite refreshing.
