Light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, fruity and light sour - yoghurt. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. I had this at the brewery. First it was served with added juice from elderflowers, which was quite refreshing. I asked to try it without the juice and I was warned about the sourness in advance. It was really only very lightly sour and not bad at all. 150611

Bottle, 2010-06-05, Göteborg, thx to HenrikS AP: weak tea with milk (spök vatten) and some stuff floating around in the beverage, no head AR/F: sour bitterness, cow pee - I like sour ale but this one was to much - hope the flowers in the flowerbed appreciate the extra fluid.

Another garbage brew from Wintercoat. This is just plain nasty. 50cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white foam. Wheat, yeast, herbal & citrus. It has this classic wet dog flavor & on top of that it is watery. Bad meaning not good!

Cloudy blond color. It has a refreshing citrusy aroma, but a light body and a sourish flavor. Simple.

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity, spicy, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (170508)

Bottle. Big citrus aroma with a light nutty note underneath. Cloudy yellow, big white head. Citric wit notes, buckwheat is hard to make out, there is still a nutty edge though, light dust retronasal. Lightbodied but chewy enough. Fresh and pleasant.

[Botte, tasting @ plan b] Hazy pale yellow with huge head. Faint buckwheat aroma with yeasty notes. Same goes for the flavor.
