Draught at Cockney Pub, Århus
Clean amber color with orange hue; big head. Quite nice aroma, malt and some hop, Danish touch. Good body, with malt flavor, corrected by some cereals and again a touch of Danishness. Simple but not bad.

Århus2008. From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge and slight off-white head. Aroma is slight breadish and dry malty. Medium sweet caramel malt in the first flavour impression. Light ashtrayish hops following. Light sweet caramel malt finish with a subdued bitterness.

Draught. Dark red/prune colour. Very small white head. The flavour is sweet with a certain berry bitterness. Tastes like cheap lager with berry extract. 3 3 3 3 8 Draught, 6.5% at ÅBF08 as www.frederiks.dk. Fruity aroma, slightly soapy. Clear amber colour. Small creamy white head. (On tap) Clear, reddish colour with a creamy, vaguely pink head. Lightly hoppy aroma with some fruitiness. Medium-bodied with a light berry-like fruit sweetness well balanced by a dry bitterness. Quite a fresh summer quencher, and not cloyingly sweet as some fruit beers. 210506

Draught at Cockney Pub. This beer is made espacially for Cockney Pub because Ceres Red Erik only is sold as export!!!!! No head but nice red colour. Week aroma but OK flavour. Average finish. Oily palate and lively carbonation.
