Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from a random shop just off Vitosha Boulevard. Pours clear matte gold with a frothy, white head. Lightly sweet with notes of biscuity pale malts, lemon rind, some dirty straw, hints of pine needles. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with a little earthy bitterness, more sun-kissed pale malts, hay. Rather drinkable.
