Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light malty, roasted. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a average to short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A balck beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt as well as chocolate, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Draught at Aarhus Festival. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter not that roasted flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Århus2008. From tap. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Light spiced and alcohol aroma, classic Ceres aroma from a beer targeted at the Italian market. Flavour is sweet malty with a light spice note. Medium sweet and light spiced continued into the finish. Ends in addition to this with a light alcohol note.
