Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at BMT. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, foamy white head. Strong white wine vinegar character, a little buttery chardonnay, touches of lemon, salt, mellow acidity. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. A little sharp and acetic in the finish, more white wine vinegar, sweat. Lots of character, but not necessarily in the right direction. OK overall.
