Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Interesting stuff but not altogether excellent. Has some citric bite, salty sweat, lemon, wheat bread, nips of grass. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with touches of white wine vinegar, more lemony tang, vague pale bread, low acidity. It drinks alright overall, but it is a little awkward.
