Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a big, billowing frothy white head. The nose has restrained saison yeast, pine needles, orange peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with forward minerality, mild bitter orange rind, dry yeast, crispy wheat flakes, hay. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Fairly dry finish, more citrus rind, orange, pine needles, minerals, more dry yeast. Pretty drinkable, but not terribly expressive. Not bad.
