Draught (backlog). Golden colour with a small, but long lasting and lacing white head. Aroma is citrus, sweet malts and some yeasty notes. Flavour is fruity, some sweet malts, mild nectary notes as well as some slight alcohol and yeast to it.

On tap at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. A beer with a nice dark golden body and a big beige head on top. Sweetish, lightly spiced nose with banana and citrus. The flavor has a lovely sweetness as well as some spices, banana and citrus. Some bitterness in the medium length finish. Full-bodied and effervescent. Not a very complex beer but really lovely. (On tap) Slightly hazy amber golden with a small, off-white head. Intense aroma of fruit, banana, overripe fruit and yeast. Quite full-bodied, lots of banana and other overripe fruit. Lightly bitter finish. A great Tripel. 130908

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Clear amber. Estery pineapple aroma with almond and caramel. Medium sweet with dense mouthfeel. Flavour of grainy malt, and marzipan complimented by arousing estery alcohol. An interesting tripel with more bite in the bitterness than expected.

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Unclear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lancing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, toffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Cloudy deep blond color; big creamy head. Quite nice sweet Triple aroma, with malt and hops, and of course spicy, not too strong, a touch of apples too. The flavor is less sweet than the regular Trippel, and shorter too, quite classic.

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear amber beer wtih a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and alcohol as well as spicy notes of cloves and lavender, while the falvor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, alcohol, and yeast, as well as a touch of fruit.

Århus2008. From tap. Pours hazy orange with a diminished white head. Banana fruity aroma with a light spice note. Light yeasty and fruity with once again a mild yeasty banana note. Ends fruity and light phenol flavoured.
