Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Unclear medium red amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear brown beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with citrusy notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with citrusy notes of grapefruit from the Amarillo hops, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

Draught at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Hazy amber color. The aroma is not very hoppy. Indeed it’s similar to a bock, a bit earthy, and light. Good body structure, good malt and caramel flavor, godd bitterness; it’s just a pity for a missing better aromatic hop and for some diacetyl.

Draught at ÅBF08. Caramelly aroma, a little butter. Hazy light brown colour. The flavour has some good hops, unfortunately also a little butter. Good sweetness. Would have been great without the butter. Partly saved by the alcohol. 5

Århus2008. From tap. Pours slight cloudy amber with a lacing white head. Light hoppy and dry aroma. Flavour is hoppy and dry with a nice caramel malt base beneath. Light sweetness lurking through. Mild fruity and medium dry finish.

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are hops, flowers, sugar and caramel.

Draught at Aarhus festival. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Powerfull bitter fruity flavor. Not so flowery as normal DIPA but still qiute nice. Creamy palate. Good stuff.

Muddy with medium beige creamy head. Sweet caramelish aroma with hoppy notes. Sweet and hoppy flavor with caramel and grapefruit notes. Ends with solid bitterness.
