aroma a bit upsetting. baby-shit aroma, combined with sweet dark fruits. mashed bananas. dark brown small to medium vanilla colored head. flavor: burnt sugar, delicate dark fruits, bitter someting, honey, nice sweet/bitter thing going on. quite powerful taste, definetly not macro style. palate : very thick, almost rubbery, good palate for a powerful beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy orangey brown with a dense beige head. Sweet aroma of burned caramel and vanilla. Quite full-bodied with solid roasted malts and burned caramel. Very subdued bitterness. 220608

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, wheat, and straw. The flavor is very sweet with notes of wheat and caramel, leading to a dry wheaty finish

Draught at ÅBF08. Buttery aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is also buttery, but not bad. Roasted and with a hint of infection.

Hazy brown with medium off white head. Aroma has roasted malt. Sweet flavor with ripe fruits, roasted malt, wheat, yeast and caramel notes. Soft mouthfeel with a sweet end.

Århus2008. From tap. Pours dark brown with a lacing off-white head. Hardroasted malt aroma. Flavour is hardroasted malt with a light coffee note. Mild acidic touch. Mild creamy mouthfeel and flavour. Roasted finish with a mild acidic touch.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter slightly roasted flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Not much hefe flavor, but nice powerfull brew. Creamy palate. There are better weizenbocks but this is alright.
