Keg at the brewery tap. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Bright and biscuity in the nose, with touches of pine needles, lemon pith. Light sweet flavour, fairly dry, with notes of pithy lemon and grapefruit, grain, hay, lemon peel, biscuits. Light in body with average carbonation. Nice finish, with fresh sourdough bread, more biscuit, light grass, straw. Solid hoppy pils.
