Draft at the Reservoir - Waterbury, VT. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds biscuits, white bread and citrus fruits. Medium sweet flavor with more pale bread, some honey, sugar, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with light bitter grain husk, hay, citrus. Good stuff.
