A premium red ale brewed from a blend of pale, wheat, Munich and crystal malts. Generously late-hopped with Centennial hops from the USA, this beer is malty yet also fairly bitter with aromas of citrus, spice and pine.

Cask at Beer Emporium, Sandbach. Pours a dark copper with a small cream head and good lacing. The aroma is creamy with spicy malts. In the mouth the initial sensation is of autumn fruits with rye, malts and stewed apples. After a while some traditional hops can be detected along with hints of ginger. Finish is quite bitter. This is nice – very drinkable.
