Lightly hazed ale with a thin white head. Lightly spiced aroma of coriander, sweet candy and fruity esters. In outh, a decent tripel with light coriander, a sweet malt, very smooth and pleasant in mouth. Bottle at BCTC 2006.

Sampled at RBSG06. Cloudy orange color with a frothy white head. Sweet caramel and sugar aroma. Sharp caramel notes with a sweet end.

This is a beautiful beer - perfectly clear golden, with a hint of red - some of the most impressive lace work I've seen in a while - very yeasty aroma, some cellared qualities, orange peel - creamy, yeasty flavor, almost doughy - lemon rind, medium malt presense - hops make an appearance in the finish, touch of dryness - Southampton makes much better, but this is still a very good beer.
