Full pour at the brewery - black pour - tan lace - nose of whiskey, oak, blackberries, smoke, tamarind, vanilla - full body, oily/slick mouthfeel - chocolate sweetness is balanced by a blackberry tartness - whiskey is present but not overpowering - tamarind and light umami far in the background - some fig and tobacco - lightly acidity and warming finish - good!

GAFF 29022. Very sweet, rich and heavy. lots of malt, heavy roast, chocolate and coffee flavors, but the bourbon character is not particularly prominent which is fine. Good good.
