Keg at the London Brewers Market. Pours oily black with a creamy, beige head. Great aroma, rich chocolate, roast, coffee ice cream, nips of burnt ginger. Medium to big sweet flavour with more hearty dark chocolate, brownies, subtly spicy ginger, balancing scorched earth bitterness. Full bodied, chewy, with average carboantion. Lightly warming in the finish, sticky, with more burnt ginger, low spice, more rich and rounded and lightly bitter chocolate. Great beer.

Keg at the London Brewers market. A jet black coloured pour with a a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is nice sweet gingerbread toasted coconut, vanilla, toasted cookie, sweet brandy snap sugars,. Flavour is smooth, toasted coconut, Christmas cookie, milky sweet,. Palate is milky sweet smooth, frothy carbonation. Good stuff.
