Bottle at home in London - pours hazy grapefruit pink with a fizzy, white head. Butyric acid leaps into the nose, which isn’t pleasant, along with nips of tangy raspberry, lemon. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, further cheesy butyric, some fleshy raspberry, a little seedy bitterness, strawberry, lemony tartness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with decent acidity, a touch of oily bile, more tart raspberry and lemon, nips of cereal. The butyric acid notes certainly detract; although, thankfully, they fade into the background as I work my way through the bottle. Still, the initial notes were off-putting. Overall, just OK.

Draft @ brewery. Pours a hazy pale pinkish color with a small white head. Has a fruity fresh raspberry aroma. Fruity weak sour raspberry flavor. Has a fruity sour raspberry finish.

Keg at the Euston tap. A clouded pink peach coloured pour with a thin pink head. Aroma is disgusting, sour milk, sulphur, off yogurt, eggy. Terrible. Flavour is composed of spicy sour milk, rotten milk and eggs, tart raspberry, salty, stale grains. Couldn’t stomach more than a sample, spicy tangy finish. Palate is sour, grainy, highish carbonation. Fucking terrible. I think a lot less of mondo for inflicting this on people.
