ZIPPY is a Pale Wit brewed in collaboration with the true microbial masters.
We use a blend of Belgian Haze & Saturated yeast to give a * ZIPPY, clean, witty character and a full fruity finish. To complement this, we selected the 2022 crop of Chinook, known for its big grapefruit aromas. We are getting heaps of spice, citrus and aromatic notes. Paul from @who_lab popped down for this one, and we shared a chippy tea.

Can at home in Hackney - scooped from Clapton Craft OG. Pours clear pale yellow with a modest, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with nice wheat bread character, some dry and lightly bitter straw, lemon peel, a little fresh grass, pithy grapefruit. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish, mellow bitterness, more citrus peel, wheat flakes. Easy-drinking stuff.
