Cask at the Pembury Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear chestnut gold with a foamy, khaki head. Light to medium sweet flavour, nicely bitter, with notes of toasted grains, a few leaves, earthy hops, well toasted biscuits. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Good condition. Well balanced finish. Solid cask offering.
