Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 4. Pours deep brown with a bubbly, tan head. Light sweet flavour with nice roast, dark berry accents, a little smoke, baking cocoa And earth. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; nice condition. Moderate sweetness to finish, bittersweet cocoa, ash, dried berries, soft smoke. Quite good.
