Ever changing modern west coast IPA....
#1 - Feb/Mar 2019 - This version is 5.8% abv, dry hopped with lashings of Simcoe & Chinook, hazy and full-bodied with slightly lower bitterness than you would normally expect from this style. Very easy drinking!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours totally clear honey-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with some assertive piney hops, sturdy minerality, sun-kissed pale malts, citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light warmth in the finish, nips of diesel, lightly faded pine, more dried pale malts, orange peel. Not bad overall.
