SWAMP HOG is an IPA in the New England style. Brewed as a partner to our west coast IPA REPTILE SMILE, both beers showcase the beaut hop Comet, known for its wild American flavours. A homage to our favourite American ales.
With plenty of oats in the mash and fermented with London Ale III yeast, this IPA has a smooth and silky mouthfeel. Comet, we like it! Makes for a stanky lil’ hog.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours unclear gold with a modest, foamy white head. Lots of juicy citrus, moderate sweetness, supportive pale bread, fleshy tangerine, hints of white grape and pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more bright citrus fruit character, mellow rindy bitterness, melon, tangerine, peach, apricot. Goes down very easily.
