A raspberry & holy basil kettle soured beer perfect for quenching your thirst in the sunshine. A balanced sourness to match the raspberries keep this easy to drink and the low hop bitterness helps the holy basil add the depth of flavour and aroma.

Keg at Eebria taproom - Bermondsey. Pours unclear red with a slight, foamy topping. Tasty beer, moderate tart berries, a little seedy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Some herbal bitterness to finish, more tangy berries. Fun.

Tasty, but neither the basil not the raspberry are as clean or sour as I'd like. Sweet, slightly herbal red liquid
