Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours deep down with a creamy tan head. Tangy dark malts in the nose, cocoa, wood. Medium sweet flavorbwith bios of coffee, oily chocolate, burnt wood, subtle earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carboantion. A little drying on the finish, with bittersweet cocoa, light roast, bitter coffee, char. There’s a nice complexity to it. Solid.
