Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Junction Supermarket. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a small, creamy white topping. Lightly sweet with bright and zippy lemony character, some tangerine, light bite, some acidity, juice. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, tart, some citrus peel zest, more lemony tang. Wonderfully drinkable.

Can at home from Craft metropolis. A translucent pale golden yellow coloured pour with a frothy white head that fades to a whisp. . Aroma is bright zesty citrus, lemon lime, lemongrass, verbena, pinch of salt. Flavour is composed of tart salty citrus, lemon rind, lime. Super sharp and zesty. Palate is tart and refreshing , high carbonation, dry finish.
