Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours black with a dark brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has earthy dark grains, roasted malts, some Mexican chocolate and a bit of light spice. Flavor has earthy chocolate, roasted malts, dark grains and a growing Mexican spice.
