India Pale Ale — A throwback to when humankind used to set goals just to see if we could do it. The pure pursuit of scientific achievement & glory. We dreamed of an UPA brewed with Indiana malted wheat & barley, loaded up with Citra, then double dry-hopped with Citra & Simcoe Cryo Hops – and we landed it.

Can. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy citrus and grass with a bit of hay and straw underlying. Flavor has earthy dry citrus with grass and a bit of straw backing.

Hazy yellow apprarwnce. Mostly dry, some hops and light bitterness.lingering hop dryness.
