Bottle at home, from Hier gibts Bier, 26/09/20. Clear golden with a moderate white cap that quickly dissipates to nyadda. Nose is fruit esters, light booze tunes, cereals, corn, light breads. Taste is on the basic side, toasted grains, pale malts, bready pangs, mellow fruit, sultana, light sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Pretty bland in terms of flavour given the boost level.

Bottle from Hier gibts Bier and drunk on a picnic blanket. Clear pure gold colour lasting white head. Wow it's a pale doppelbock with a really good pepper finish. Lang brau are an interesting brewery. The schonbrunn label stuff is good. Hides abv really well. I would have thought that it was 5.5 not 7.5. Good bitterness. Liked it. light smoke

Gyllengul och klar vätska med tunt vitt skum. Svag doft av bröd. Maltig och ren sötma med en aning besvärande alkoholinslag. Låg och avvägd beska.
