Can at home in Hackney - picked up from The Experiment. Pours rich reddish purple with a foamy, pink head. Lightly sweet with rounded tart berry character, some raspberry, a little yoghurt, low acidity, subtle seedy bitterness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, fairly dry, more general tart berry notes, a little lactic bite. Enjoyable, highly drinkable.
