Our friends at Totopia Brewing in Nagakute are making some of the most flavourful, accomplished hop-forward beers in Japan. Our first collab together is a juicy celebration of the finest Cashmere, Citra and Nelson Sauvin we could lay our hands on for flavours of melon, tangerine and pine, with secondary notes of strawberry and coconut. Believe it!

Pours hazy yellow with a rich head. Fruity citrus aroma of lemons, lime, oranges and tangerines. Fruty citurs flavour with notes of lime, lemon and oranges. A little bit of hop burn in the finish.

Can from Systembolaget. No suprise that this was a delight with all the right hops loaded into it. Good look, aroma and bitterness to it. Very good.

Can from N&R News, Blackheath Royal Standard. Aromas of peach, mango, tangerine, papaya, strawberry Starburst. Taste is peach, strawberry Starburst, mango, papaya, white grape. Quite a sweet fruity number, lingers a fair while. Just a whisper of bitterness in the close. Nicely assertive.
