Bottle at home in London - picked up at at shop on Mare Street. Pours totally clear honey-gold, effervescent, with a foamy, white head. The aroma holds sun-kissed biscuits, ripening citrus fruits, dough, meringue. Light-medium sweet flavour with doughy bread, white sugar, white grapes, mild bitter hay. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet finish with nips of Engkish yeast, more pale and lightly doughy bread, minimal bitterness, touches of biscuits and honey. Simplistic but enjoyable.
